Finger Lakes Race 4 - Race 4 - Allowance
MERMAID MAGIC (3) was comfortably accounted for when eighth last start over 1408m at Saratoga, beaten 29 lengths. That followed a good win on debut at Monmouth Park. Has the ability to take care of this field. GRESHAM'S LAW (2) raced on the pace last start and lifted strongly to hold third, beaten 4 lengths, over today's journey at this track (Dirt). Likely improver with winning claims. HONORABLE BECKY (6) was in contention on the turn and finished third last start over 1207m at this track (Dirt), beaten 2.25 lengths. In the right race and is a key runner. TENACIOUS CHILD (5) was prominent at the bend and finished third last start at the first run back from a spell over 1207m at this track (Dirt), beaten one length. Meets some better types this time but a big run will not surprise.
