Finger Lakes Race 8 - Race 8 - Mdn Special Weight
READY ROSIE JANE (4) progressed nicely last time out to finish just a nose from the winner in second over 1609m at Saratoga after being prominent at the bend. Enjoys a drop in grade so she is perfectly placed to score. ROCK STEADY BABE (7) last appeared when she did not complete the course on July 15 at this track. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. MAJORSDREAMCOMETRU (10) returns from a spell of six months and is having her first run for a new yard. Finished fifth at Aqueduct (Dirt) over 1308m when first-up last time in work. One of the genuine hopes in the race. SPIRIT FORWARD (2) finished third last time over 1106m at this track (Dirt), beaten 3.5 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Nicely placed to fill a top-three spot again.
