BANDIDO DEAL (3) is poised to win after placing at his last three outings, most recently when third over 1408m at Delta Downs (Dirt) when he was in the firing line all the way. Finds the right race this time and can get the job done. ROMEO SPIKES (4) was safely held in tougher two back then last time raced on the speed and boxed on well to finish second and beaten 5.5 lengths at this track (Dirt). Finds a suitable assignment here and rates among the leading chances. BLESSEDUPONASTAR (6) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 6 lengths when sixth in a 1609m contest at Delta Downs three weeks ago. Won't find this as tough so he will be hard to beat. ONE GRAND SLAM (2) wasn't far off maiden success before a five months break, finishing the prep with a minor placing at Evangeline Downs (Dirt).
