LASTING LOVE (7) enjoys soft going and could prove hard to beat following a smart 5.5L second in a 2000m soft ground maiden at Goodwood a month ago. Leading contender. FOREST GATE (2) holds a promising record having placed on all three occasions to date including a 1.25L second in a 1200m novice event when behind the winner that day SIR LOWRY'S PASS (1). The latter showed plenty of promise that day and the pair both rate highly. GAMES PEOPLE PLAY (6) holds claims after a 0.75L runner-up effort in a soft going 2200m maiden at Carlisle.
