BIG CITY (2) is having his first run since winning by half a length six-and-a-half weeks ago over 1609m at Churchill Downs. Has transferred to the Jason G Cook stable over the break. Best figures put him right in this. SHAN (6) scored at his most recent appearance, getting home by half a length over 1308m at Churchill Downs (Dirt). That continued the very strong form this campaign, with two wins from three runs. Leading player again. TAGLIATELLE (1) finished off the last campaign with a win over 1408m at Keeneland (Dirt) on April 10. Returns from the break for a new yard. Goes well when fresh with a win and one minor placings from three starts. Sure to be competitive. NABOKOV (7) was racing well without winning, finishing in the money on two consecutive occasions, before finishing fourth last time out over 1207m at Horseshoe Indianapolis. Should park just off the speed. One of the better hopes.
