GET READY LASS (8) had excuses two back here when flashing home for third, then was given a peach by Du Plessis to score last time. The form around her this prep is red-hot and if she holds her form she will take plenty of stitching. The wide alley is the only query. IMPERVIOUS (13) resumes for the Tony Gollan stable after a stylish Doomben trial win and has placed twice from three attempts at this track and distance. Has to be taken seriously. KING OF POP (3) is an intriguing runner resuming and making his stable debut for Gollan. Comes through stronger southern form lines but hasn't fired for a little while. Has been fitted with two 1000m trials, which is a positive. If TG has him back near his best, he looms a big threat. PORT ERIN (10) comes off a good Gold Coast second and is a track and trip specialist. Peaking now and from a good draw there's plenty to like about his chances. Also tough to knock BRING ME KASH (2), who shoots for the hat-trick.

Missed by only half a length in a Toowoomba Benchmark 70 last start, travelling well behind the leaders before being pipped late at generous odds. He had won there the run prior, beating Jemeldi by a length, and drops 4kg from that latest run. Harder meeting, but he is a genuine place hope.
