SOUTH DAKOTA (7) fought off JOGA BONITO (4) to score at Roscommon (1500m) last month and it would be no surprise to see both dispute the finish again. That was a deserved first success for the Ballydoyle runner who can get set for better things while the second mentioned moves into black-type races for the first time and is good enough to play a major role. DEE'S FUNNY GIRL (9) missed by a neck contesting a G3 event at Ascot (1200m) two back. Failed to impress taking on this trip in a French G2 latest. Player here back to something easier. The unexposed SALT LAKE (6) easily landed a Naas 1200m maiden a fortnight ago. Looks a bright prospect. DUIDIN (2) joins the Donnacha O'Brien team and also shapes as one to watch closely.
