Doomben Race 2 - Become A Brc Member Mdn Plate
GREAT TIMES AHEAD (2) showed the expected improvement from a debut fifth at Hawkesbury, to finishing runner-up by a short-head at Eagle Farm 12 days ago. That is the Waller stable recipe to success, placing the team perfectly, and this colt is ready to go one better here. HELLS REIN (3) is also a progressive type who finished fifth as the favourite at the Sunshine Coast just over a fortnight ago when looking for more ground. He gets that here for his peak run, and he can take this out. Follow your money. WULFHERE (4) caught the eye late when finishing third fresh up at Eagle Farm over 1200m, and he will relish the quick jump to a mile. Stick with him. SPIRIT OF TORQUE (7) ran on strongly for second last start, and she carries 3kg less this time. The extra trip is no problem, and she won't be far away.
