Doomben Race 1 - Gallopers Sports Club Mdn Plate
ANCESTRAL (5) has trekked north to join the Queensland arm of the Waller stable, and she will don the blinkers for the first time. He form is near enough at provincial level in Sydney, and she is the one to beat for us. BACETTI (6) improved quickly second up here to finish third, and the step up from 1350m to 1660m is the right move at this stage of her prep. She has the right draw to take this out. DUAL MASTERY (2) was only beaten by less than a length when third at Eagle Farm, and he will be peaking at the right time here. Stick with him on an each-way basis. DEALS (1) did not have all favours on debut at Eagle Farm over 1200m, and he looks like he will be suited to the step up to 1660m. A good draw helps, and he is a solid each-way hope in this. KINDRED (7) ran her best race yet when finishing third at the Sunshine Coast just over 2 weeks ago. The extra 260m is the key, and another good run is on the cards. Include in all top 4 combos in an even contest.
