The promising ABRAHAM (1) was given time to settle from an outside draw first-up and wound up strongly for an eye-catching second over 1200m at Sunshine Coast. He was nudged out as a $2.4F at the Gold Coast before the spell and can sit a lot closer today from an inside barrier. Goes second-up and is well-placed with the 3kg claim. LINWAR (3) resumed and was in the firing line all the way when beaten narrowly at this track. She may push forward again and is ready to show her best. CAPITAL CHORD (8) debuts for the sharp Vandyke yard with last year's premier jockey booked. She won a recent trial at the Sunshine Coast and expect her to be right in it. KHOIRGIRL (5) has been plain her last two but was good the one prior and the longer sprint should suit her better.
