WUOOD (3) hails from a fine family and looked to have a future when runner up on his debut finishing second in a small field 1600m novice event at Newcastle in March. Given time to strengthen since then and should take beating. ONE OF THE BOYS (2) now has a set of cheekpieces fitted for the first time after finishing well held in third at Wolverhampton last month. Better can be expected. CERCIS (4) made a promising debut for this stable in a 1200m maiden at Nottingham. Goes up in trip further and is noted. HOPE AND JOY (1) looks limited and unlikely to be at the level required for winning purposes.
