Delta Downs Race 3 - Race 3 - Mdn Special Weight
GOLDEN REY (7) was never in contention when 7 lengths from the winner in fifth over 1408m at this track last start, a less impressive effort than his fourth at Evangeline Downs the run before. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. FOREVER CHAPIN (9) settled towards the back last start on debut then pushed forward and boxed on well to finish second over 1408m at this track (Dirt). Will be better for that experience and he shouldn't be a maiden for long. BRAVO LIMA (3) is a two-start maiden who looks close to a win after placing at both runs, the latest when third over 1408m at this track (Dirt). Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. One of the main contenders. ITS BILLY BAROO (2) is back from a spell of three-and-a-half months. Debuted with a second, beaten one length, over 905m at Canterbury Park at his only appearance to date. Senior rider aboard this time. Profiles to run well.
