Cranbourne Race 1 - The Valley @ Southside Cranbourne (Bm66)
Hot little race. OVER THE BRIDGE (5) is also entered on Sunday and is challenging for favouritism in a Group 3 but lit up the clock on debut at Bendigo, heavily supported and scoring by two lengths with gaps through the field. If here, she'll be very hard to beat. CALL ME COACH (2) was one of those 'believe your eyes' wins on debut at Hawkesbury in a good maiden, doing plenty wrong, getting back and wide but putting in a monstrous last 200m to win well. He looks very talented. GILGEOUS (4) has been good in two runs to date, only edged out at Bendigo last time out. 1400m looks a good spot and he'll give a sight in front. CRUDENS TYCOON (3) was a narrow winner on debut, solid again in a good BM64 last time out. He'll appreciate a bit more ground now as well. OBAMBULATE (1) hasn't really fired in two runs back but they've been in stronger grades and he can improve.
