TARTABULL (8) finished in the placings when a 1.5 lengths third on dirt at Laurel two back but then disappointed on turf last time at Aqueduct Turf over 1609m when seventh, finishing 5.5 lengths from the winner. Looks a top chance switching back to dirt. G Q WORTHY (2) finished out of the money two starts back then he was always well out of his ground and was beaten 9 lengths when tenth in a 1106m contest at Laurel Turf four weeks ago. Yet to miss the placings from four starts at this circuit. Going up a level this time but he is good enough to play a major role. CLOSE THE GATE (1) has been racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid second at Laurel (Dirt) over 1408m. J S Jr Rocco has registered three minor placings when on board. One of the main contenders. STATE CONCEAL (5) accounted for a maiden field over 1106m at this track (Dirt) last start, finishing 0.8 lengths ahead of the nearest rival. This is tougher but he is capable of another big run.
