WYANGLE RUBY (7) has a different appeal: she was beaten just under four lengths first-up at York after keeping on from rearward, and the first-time blinkers plus a 3kg claim give her a genuine second-up spark. HARD TO TOP (5) is backing up quickly after a fair Kalgoorlie fourth, but her Moora second to Our Degree reads well for this and her overall placing record keeps her in the mix. RHAENYA (6) was third in the same Moora race, beaten just over a length at long odds, and the drop from a Class 1 two back is relevant, though 1400m is new ground for her. HELIOS AMIGOS (3) is not to be discounted.
