MISS COMO (8) returned from a three-month spell and was having her first run since switching from the Hayes camp to Colt Prosser when runner-up over 800m at this track a fortnight ago. Failed twice over 1200m when trained in Victoria but there may have been underlying excuses. Looks to have settled in well and is good enough to test this field. SUNVOLT (4) boxed on well for third on debut over this course and distance in heavy going last start. In the market that day so it came as no surprise. Should kick on now and play a major role. SIVO (11) has found the line with purpose at his last two runs, finishing just behind the placings on each occasion. Finally draws a good gate and with some key gear changes might be the big improver. RUBINSKY (5) has raced on the pace and been about the money at all four runs this time in work. Rock hard fit and likely to feature again. Market watch on a couple of Kris Lees first starters in PRATIBHA (7) and POWERFUL ANNIE (6).
