KEEN GAL (4) went forward last start over 1106m at Fairmount Park (Dirt) and held on well for third, beaten 2.25 lengths. Going up a level this time but she is good enough to play a major role. FINAL SHIPMAN (3) is close to breaking through after three consecutive placings, the latest coming when third over 1308m at Ellis Park (Dirt) after being prominent from the outset. Should enjoy a good run just off the speed. Meets some better types this time but she has the talent to test this line-up. COUNTRY CLUB (5) turned in a strong performance first-up when in the money at Ellis Park but disappointed last time when ninth, beaten 36 lengths, at Kentucky (Turf) over 2414m.
