Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. BLACKSMITH (9) is a talented colt who tackled a tougher race at his last run on March 21 and finished sixth behind Emerging Market over 1911m in the G2 Louisiana Derby at Fairgrounds (Dirt). Big chance in this class. MCCANN (2) went forward and proved too strong last time, scoring with a nose to spare over 1308m at this track (Dirt). Should settle in a handy position.
