LOVELY EMMA (3) saluted at the first run back from a spell last start over 1106m at Keeneland Turf (Turf), scoring by 2 lengths. Has been given a let-up of six weeks since that outing. Open to plenty of improvement and looks sure to be in the finish again. MAE TOWN (9) is back from a spell. Closed last prep in sparkling form with three consecutive wins, the latest over 1106m at Ellis Park Turf on July 6. Yet to miss the frame from five starts at today's journey, including three wins and shapes as a key contender. SUNNA (8) displayed plenty of early toe over 1106m in Listed grade at Laurel Turf (Turf) last time and dug deep to score by one length. Must raise the bar but this looks well within her grasp. SPRING DANCER (4) showed good early speed over 1207m at Listed level at Oaklawn Park (Dirt) last time and went on to salute by 0.3 lengths. Reunites with jockey Jaime A Torres who knows her well, including three wins while aboard. Don't underestimate.
