Fitter and expected to go on with it. BOND MARTINI (1) impressed when successful as favourite on debut over 2000m at Kokura nine weeks ago and has not been produced since. Has plenty of upside and can win again. DANON HUDSON (5) wasted no time getting off the mark on debut over 1800m at Hanshin three-and-a-half months ago and has not raced since. Will come on following that run and looks a definite threat. TERUHIKO (7) was never really a threat when resuming last start over 1800m in the G2 Fuji TV Sho Spring Stakes (2000 Guineas Trial) at Nakayama, finishing 12 lengths from the winner in 14th. Has the pace to settle in the leading division. Back in grade and expected to impose sharply.
