Has to concede weight all round here and drawn well to strike warrants respect. FINAL APPEAL (2) caught the eye finishing second on debut at Nottingham. Managed to take a major step forward at Wolverhampton a fortnight ago. Can be considered back on turf. WAIT GEORDIE (4) will have been aiming toward this race after scoring at Bath during April. Connections expected to be desperate to win this big race at their local track. HICKORY LAD (3) has done little wrong to date and deserves a second look.
