THE POUNCING LION (4) finished 10L third on heavy ground over 1800m at Goodwood first time out in October. Might do better this season where stepping up to 2400m on better ground can bring about improvement while booking Ryan Moore catches the eye. AMMES (2) followed home a decent performer when runner-up at Kempton (2000m) and must be respected. Stepping up to 2400m could also be a big help to ORIONIS (6) following her staying on third at Wetherby in April. AL WASL STORM (1) also needs to be included tackling this tricky maiden.
