MOUNT DOOM (4) turned in a nice effort last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished just 0.8 lengths from the winner in second over 1308m at this track after being in the firing line on the bend. Looks well placed so expect another big run. FIREMAN DAN (3) built on a nice second two starts back at Turf Paradise Turf (Turf) with success over 1308m at this track three weeks ago, getting home by 0.8 lengths. Brian Boodramsingh scored on him last time and retains the ride. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
