The upside of SANTANA (9) appeals. He's a lightly raced gelding who just found one better first up here, working home well behind the handy Melian to grab second. Fancy he'll get further than 1200m in time but he'll be fitter and take a power of holding out. TEN WARRIORS (5) just cannot find the post first, again placing last time at Sandown Hillside, his 10th minor placing in 14 starts. He'd be just about a sure thing in a country maiden but has winning claims again here. GALACTIC FORCE (7) resumed over 1012m on wet ground at Sale and worked home fairly with improvement to come.
