Caulfield Race 1 - National Make Good Solutions (Bm74)

Siding with STRAAND DEAL (10) in the opener. He's a lightly raced 4yo gelding who hit the line sweetly on resumption at Caulfield Heath over 1500m when getting a long way back, doing well to grab third. He got out to this sort of trip quickly in his maiden campaign and should be able to improve sharply with Zahra sticking. MR BANNOCK (11) is racing in fine form, winning narrowly two back at Pakenham, good out to 2400m here last time with the light weight. Back to 2000m looks no issue at all and he draws ideally. BRING FORTH (2) stepped up to 2294m in Adelaide last time and proved far too good, winning by 4.5 lengths. Drawn wide here but expect they look to cross and run along. BLUESTONE (3) is going well without winning, back to 2000m is a niggle but he just needs some tempo on. JARETH (4) is flying and the Zakouma form is strong.
