LADY MARIANA (8) debuts on her home track after an impressive trial here a month ago where she got off the back of the leader late to finish second. McDougall hopping on board is a good push for her chances and she maps for a lovely run. Can make a winning start to her career. GRACEFUL THINKING (6) is another debutant with enough background to command respect, being a So You Think filly from the Luke Pepper yard with Pierre Boudvillain booked. She trialled back in May, though her set up today makes her a very appealing commodity. BAREFOOTINTHESNOW (3) was slow away on debut at Canberra Acton but still finished fourth, beaten three and a half lengths, and from barrier three she has the scope to return a more tractable filly. ABSOLUTIST (2) has trial form around TURF LUCK who races in the opener, so we'll get a good line on that form for this event. JENNI MOO MOO (7) can be finishing strongly from the back of the pack.
