THE WILDLING (9) is the horse to beat, boasting a solid campaign highlighted by a close second to Centimetre at Goulburn, and a decent fifth at Kembla Grange most recently. Guymer hops back aboard and the drop back to country level is a big tick. Can get the job done this time. SUCCESSFUL IMPACT (4) has significant upside, returning for Ciaron Maher following a debut fourth at Hawkesbury, where she was bumped and raced keenly on heavy ground. Two trials since provide a solid foundation for improvement. SPALPEEN (8) also resumes off two trials and faced interference in her only run, a seventh at Hawkesbury on soft ground. 1300m fresh looks a good move on what we've seen publicly and it wouldn't surprise to see her explode first-up. MISS BINMAN (3) has been racing over further but comes back in trip and class today off a freshen. Not out of this. TOO HER CORE (6) won't be far away with the fresh run under her belt.
