Draws to advantage and carries 2kg less at this level. She is capable of taking the next step. GERALDINE'S WISH (9) resumed this track/trip 5 days ago and just missed in a 50. Raced a short-priced favourite and carries 3.5kg less this grade. That brings her right into it. KIRIKAN (1) missed a nose first-up over 1200m at Townsville and then jumped a 2.5 favourite here in better company and was never in the picture. Keeps Wiggins and third-up supporters will be giving him another chance. FIRST MAN (2) resumes after a stable switch and will be in the finish if presented forward. Has trialled well enough at Townsville and the grade suits. ESSAY WINE (6) draws low and is lightly raced. Keeps Cormack and can build on the Maiden win this track/trip.
