INSTA WORTHY (4) resumed and demolished the Maidens this track/trip by 3.1L. Had switched from Matt Dunn in NSW and is still shy of his best. Has the inside barrier and the inform Morrison sticks board. He can take the next step. NORDIC INVADER (2) returned from a break this track and trip and won comfortably at 55 level. Wiggins rides today, and he's a hope with the extra fitness. RAFF VADER (6) resumed in the same race and needed the outing. Just missed this track/trip two back, and Cormack is reunited, replacing Wiggins. Quick improvement is likely. NOTTINGTON PRINCE (1) is free running and followed a first-up Maiden win at Townsville with a 2.5L defeat there over 1200m in an Open 3. Has good ability but has to come back 250m on a 9-day return with a number of gear changes.
