SARISSA (2) produced a reasonable effort when second last start after being in contention on the corner over 1006m at this track, beaten 2 lengths. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Yet to miss the frame in five starts over this course and distance. Yarmarie L Correa gets the best out of this seven-year-old mare. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot make amends. FOOTNOTE (7) was in the money two starts back at Horseshoe Indianapolis Turf but couldn't back it up last time when ninth, beaten 15 lengths, at Ellis Park Turf (Turf) over 1609m. The engagement of Alexander Crispin is noteworthy. Beautifully placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. TRANSCENDENCE (4) was having her first run on turf last start over this course and distance and got the job, scoring by 2.75 lengths. Hard to fault after that fine effort last time. PAT'S BUTTON (5) turned in a fine effort to win by 1.3 lengths at today's track and distance last start in a much improved run. Finds another suitable race and can figure in the finish.
