Beautifully placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. DUTY (12) showed good early speed then led into the straight last start before fighting on to finish second, beaten 0.3 lengths, over 1609m at Meadowlands (Turf). Well-placed and will take running down. LANGUID (10) raced on the pace last start before fading to finish seventh, beaten 7 lengths, over 1811m at Belmont Park Inner Turf (Turf). One of the main contenders. MORTAL LOCK (1) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a spell on August 14, finishing fifth and beaten 20 lengths over 1609m at Saratoga (Dirt). Definite top-three chance.
