Her Ascot 11th reads better than the position, beaten just over four lengths after interference late, and she is better placed back from Saturday company. Can return to winning ways. GRANDAD'S ADICTION (7) is a genuine danger on the quick back-up after closing off for sixth behind Royal Gap in NMW1Y grade. On the quick turnaround here and a return to his best form will see him hard to hold out. LA EXCELLENCE (5) was only beaten a length by Side Show at Northam and brings Patrick Carbery back aboard, with a prior win at around 1600m keeping him firmly in the mix. UNCLE GERARD (6) can improve getting out in trip and with the aid of an inside barrier. BELLA VIOLETTA (11) will be fitter for the fresh run and she can make an impression.
