The Listed Black Heart Bart Stakes is the feature of the day and the last start fresh up winner SEARCHIN' ROC'S (9) can make it 2 wins on the bounce after her win in similar company here 5 weeks ago in the Idyllic Prince Stakes over 1300m. She is just as good over this slightly shorter trip and with 1.5kg less to carry this time, she can take it out. AZTEC RULER (6) is a progressive gelding who ended his last prep with a third on this track in June. He has only missed a cheque once in 10 starts on this circuit, including 5 wins, and with a cosy run likely early on from the pole position, he can have a say in the outcome of this contest. FRIGID (10) was a beaten favourite fresh up here a fortnight ago and only peaked on her effort late, finishing third. She normally improves quickly with racing and more importantly, William Pike has kept the faith. Hard to beat. LACED UP HEELS (14) is a very handy mare resuming from a spell and if she doesn't need it, can figure in the finish. Include.
