AMAHTROM (9) is the one to beat after resuming with a strong Canberra second, beaten a long neck after having work to do from back in the field. Out to 1400m now, but it looks to suit on what she did last time out and she can go one better with improvement expected. HELLFIRE HENRY (2) was beaten just over a length as favourite in the same Canberra race and had enough early interference to make the run more forgiving than it first looks. His placing at this track and at the trip before the spell keeps him right in play third-up. KING JULIAN (8) settled last and never got into the race first-up on the Illawarra Grange. An easier race and some tinkering with the gear can see him improve quickly. CHRISLYN (5) finds a suitable race this time around and won't be far away. LINDOS (6) has claims off a solid first-up effort at Cootamundra.
