Bath Race 1 - David Cole Memorial Ebf Novice Stakes (Gbb/Gbbplus Race) (Div 1)
BUXTED FLYER (1) is on debut representing the all conquering Andrew Balding stable. Comes from a fine pedigree of winners including as juveniles. Wasn't a cheap yearling purchase and shouldn't be far away. LADY PHILLIPS (12) ran well debuting second at Leicester on good to soft ground. Her experience should prove invaluable now encountering heavy ground. Hard to beat. Newcomer ROOS RACING ROCKET (5) makes plenty of appeal on paper and this trip should be fine. Looks a major player. THE CAN CAN MAN (8) appeared in need of the experience on debut at Redcar and will have learned plenty for that outing.
