GENTLEMAN JIM (1) missed the placings two runs back then got a long way back last start when 11 lengths away in seventh over 1212m at Sale. Tackling a more suitable race this time so he will be hard to beat. MISS LUM (5) was beaten 0.9 lengths into third at Buchan two starts ago then finished 4.5 lengths from the winner in fifth last time at Woolamai. The blinkers go on. Great chance to get off the mark this time. DONUT VON HORROR (3) returned from a break last start with a less than impressive seventh over 1000m at Moe after travelling back in the field from the outset. Has the talent to find the winners' list. HAYHAT (2) is a eight-start maiden who resumed from a spell last start and was beaten 4.5 lengths when fourth over 1008m at Woolamai. Should progress from that last outing and poses a genuine threat.
