DANCE GAVIN DANCE (1) has been thereabouts in his first two and should be ready to put it all together now. Drops back slightly in trip off a 57-day freshen. Gets his chance to break through. MISS WILDCAT (10) improved last start to finish second at the Gold Coast after being in contention on the turn. At her top now and is drawn to get all the favours from the inside. Main danger. BETTY BOOM (6) wasn't beaten far in third last start when resuming over the zippy 860m at Gatton. Improvement to come and the extra ground suits. VIRGINIA BREEZES (14) was an eye-catcher when resuming at Tuncurry, getting home strongly from the tail to only be beaten 1.6L. Flat second-up when sent forward. Sense she can bounce back sharply third-up with a more conservative steer. SHOWN THE DOOR (13) returns and has her first start for the Clapham stable. Not seen at public trials but showed glimpses of ability in her debut. Monitoring.
