She draws perfectly for Bates and can win if she finds her best. JUSTIBELLA (7) wasn't bad on resumption at Pakenham behind Concord Connie who looks a star on the rise. She'll be fitter and won't need to improve much to be breaking through. ON THE LOOSE (1) struggled on the heavy ground at Pakenham when last seen and has been let up since. The debut placing reads very well for this if he can replicate that. ONLOOKER (2) did enough on debut at Geelong over 1212m and should improve off that.
