Ballarat Race 6 - Hygain Winners Choice (Bm64)
CORDINA (6) won a pair of Sydney trials before bolting in on debut at Kilmore nearly 3 weeks ago by well over 2 lengths. She had plenty left in the tank that day at the finish, and has the scope to remain unbeaten. QUISEEN (3) was allowed to bowl along in front last start and did well to hang onto fourth after setting a strong clip. She has a superior gate this time and ridden with cover, she can take this out. TSARINE (9) was put aside after scoring on debut at Mornington. She resumes with a couple of jumpouts under her belt, and in a small field, she won't be far away. LA CASONA (2) made solid progress through the spring last year and has the benefit of a 3kg claim fresh up. She comes to hand quickly and can take this out. WILD PHARAOH (12) might need the run, but a few scratchings have boosted her top 3 claims.
