YOROKOBI (3) continued his fine run of recent form when a game winner over 2000m at Bordertown last start. Raced on the speed that day and defied all challengers. Won't mind the drop back in distance as the map has him dictating in front. Big chance to keep the ball rolling. I AM RALPH (6) appreciated the return to a firm racing surface last time out when he closed strongly to score over this distance at Murray Bridge. Not the most reliable conveyance but with the confidence up in a modest field he can run well again. STOLEN KISS (4) had not raced for six weeks before her encouraging third over 1400m at Morphettville Parks recently. Won over the mile at Murray Bridge three back so this looks a nice target race with that last run topping her off nicely. GAZELLE (5) has struggled in town since scoring four runs back at Murray Bridge. Draws a nice gate and can return to form in this company. Distance specialist QUEEN BEIRA (2) is in the mix after winning in open company last time.
