FURY (1) continues to build an impressive profile in his first campaign, stretching his unbeaten run to three with another strong win over 1000m on the inside track. He's quick, tough and clearly thriving, and with his proven record at the trip, he looks set to give another bold sight. DESERT EMPRESS (6) took a solid step forward at her second outing when finishing third over the same course. She has the early speed to take control of her own luck, and further improvement is very much on the cards. CORNER POCKET (3) was well beaten on debut over 1200m on the inside track but should benefit greatly from the experience and can lift sharply back to 1000m. GINJER (4) has shown gradual progression in two runs to date, both on the inside track, and while this is a deeper contest, he's trending the right way and is capable of being competitive again.
