MANCHEGO (3) was collared late fresh up on the poly track at Ballarat, and then sat outside the pace at Echuca last time out before striding away to an easy win by a couple of lengths. He remains in the same class, and even with an extra 2kg to carry, he should win again. BOULDEROO (2) was a big finishing winner from last at Donald in his penultimate start, and then stuck on bravely for fourth in a better field at Bendigo nearly 2 weeks ago. He cops a wide gate, but is a must for all top 4 combos. SHEANADH (1) looks to have more upside than most in this, and she is nicely placed after a 3kg claim. She was looking for more ground when finishing third over 1100m at Tatura last time out, and she is good enough to win this. BRAVE SUMMIT (5) was a brave fourth on debut when beaten by less than a length, and then was too tough at Cootamundra last time out. This is not much harder, and she can go on with it. YOU SAID WHAT (6) was an overdue maiden winner at Donald, and is worth including.
