Assiniboia Downs Race 5 - Race 5 - Claiming

CALL THE CAVALRY (3) had been racing okay but he was safely held last time out when sixth over 1207m at this track. Is a winner at this circuit. Expected to be in the finish. HEY BIG UN (2) is poised to win after placing at his last three outings, most recently when second after he got a long way back in the run over 1207m at this track. Finds a suitable race and can take the next step and salute. READY FOR ANYTHING (7) showed good pace over 1207m at this track last time and dug deep to score by 1.5 lengths. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. WEEKENDINDELMAR (4) finished 6 lengths behind the winner in fourth over 1106m at this track last start after lifting strongly to score two runs back. Kerron Khelawan stays aboard and although yet to win has been in the money on two occasions. Among the top-three hopes.
