Assiniboia Downs Race 2 - Race 2 - Mdn Claiming
WHEN I SAW YOU (2) is a 10-start maiden who could only manage to finish sixth at her latest appearance over 1207m at this track. This offers her a great chance of breaking through. OFF THE PAYROLL (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1207m at this track, beaten 9 lengths into fourth after being in contention on the corner. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. MOONSHINE BOOGIE (4) fought on well for second last start over 1207m at this track, making it two minor placings in a row. Expected to run well again. MS NELLIE (3) was in a rearwards position on the turn last time out before finishing 17 lengths back in fifth over 1207m at this track. No surprise if she figured in the finish.
