ELLS (3) was safely held when second last time out over 1408m at this track, beaten 8 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. That followed a win at Legacy Downs at the previous outing. Nicely placed to return to winning form. CAJUN EDDIE (4) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1408m at this track, beaten 12 lengths into fourth. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. GHOST COWBOY (1) met with solid support last time out but could only manage to finish fifth over 1408m at Legacy Downs (Dirt) in a disappointing performance. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is up to the task. GOLDEN BUCK (2) has filled a minor placing at his last three outings, most recently when third over 1408m at this track. Best figures measure up and is sure to run well.
