Ascot Race 2 - Tabtouch - Westspeed Platinum Series Heat 1 (Rs0ly)

SO SI GOD (2) won impressively two back before a narrow defeat when out to 1400m most recently. Back to 1200m now is a good move and she has the speed to offset a sticky draw. Can work to the front and make every post a winner. FANTAXTIC (3) missed in a photo two back before a disappointing effort when the race favourite last time out at Ascot. Out to 1200m now with Carbery on board from a good draw. Can sit handy and make his presence felt. BEYOND MEASURE (5) is hard to knock on what we've seen this campaign, tracking well and then scoring impressively first-up at Bunbury when a $1.70 chance. Wide draw this time hurts, but he's a progressive type and he can continue to work through the grades. SOLDIER OF GOD (7) was strong at the finish first-up and the rise to 1200m looks right up his alley now. Watch for him late in the race. RIPPER FAROOQ (1) missed narrowly last start in the SOLDIER OF GOD and FANTAXTIC race and has to be included.

His previous run was much stronger, a nose second to Let's Talk at Belmont Park after again covering ground. He's better than he showed last start and he can bounce back to his best.
