Ascot Race 10 - Barbaro Butchers (Bm66+)

THERMOSPHERE LAD (3) resumes without a trial but ended last campaign in top order with a narrow defeat in stronger company. Can land in a good position from the draw and he boasts a strong fresh record. Big chance if he can pick up from where he left off. JUST SAINT JAMES (5) disappointed before the break but was in top order prior. He won nicely first-up and Parnham boasts a strong record aboard him. Nice trial coming in and he can make a statement. SIR DREAMALOT (4) was good fresh at Albany when ending up 0.8L off the winner. Brad Parnham replaces the apprentice hoop today and he should be close to the speed from an inside draw. Can improve off that effort. GI GI POPS (10) is another who comes here without a trial coming in. The inside draw is a big tick and the blinkers come off today. Carries no weight and creates plenty of interest. CANNYKEV (6) was far too good last time at this track and trip and won't be far away.
