FIERY BEE (7) is the one to beat on upside, reaching her third run this campaign after two sound efforts over shorter trips. She was only beaten just under four lengths at Coonamble after being bumped, and her Tamworth debut fourth reads well enough in a modest Maiden. DIAMOND STORM (1) comes through a Bundarra placing as an odds-on favourite, so the form has to be treated carefully, but he is race fit and has placed at this distance. SIVA TAU (6) resumes from a long break with three placings from six starts, though the 1300m is new territory and he is coming off staying form from last campaign. HARD SHELL (3) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a spell on July 2, finishing eighth over 1600m at Hawkesbury. Now under the care of new trainer Stirling Osland. Should be ready to fire.
