SONDER (11) racing in a rich vein of form and due for a change of luck. Kept coming with the 59kg for a game second over 1900m at this track in C1 class. Doesn't have to improve much from the low gate. MELLENCAMP (8) proven over this distance range and hard fit for this with the good weight drop. Failed to sprint with them last start when a plugging eighth over 1400m at Scone. Can surprise at the good odds with the key jockey change. THE MANAGER (6) three runs back have been okay and stretches out to this trip for the first time today. Blinkers come off from the good draw and gets map favours to run the trip out. ZUCCHERO (7) bred to get the trip and has minor claims from the poor barrier.
