Consistent performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a eighth over 2012m at Del Mar. Finds the right race to launch another bright campaign. RATED BY MERIT (5) wasn't far away first up last start when fourth over 1408m in the G2 Carter Handicap at this track (Dirt). May appreciate the longer journey with that run under the belt. Won at his only try second-up. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Will be in this for a long way. QUINT'S BREW (4) scored last start in Listed grade at Laurel (Dirt) to make it three wins and two placings from five starts this campaign. Has the pace to settle in the leading division.
